Pretty uneventful day

Email… Email… Email…
I did so many yet it was not an eventful day.

Even I can’t remember what I did through out the day… but in a way, everything that needs to be sorted out has been done smoothly.

Oh! I do remember gobbling myself up with 2 bottles of big bottled mineral water and shi-shi non-stop. Buahahahaha!

Okay… too much detail.

As I’m typing this, I received a forwarded sms from mama:

“Urgent! Pls watch out for a dark blue kancil SAA4558N, they just kidnap a UMS student at kingfisher. Pls report if u c this car. Spread this info”

Mama is obviously thinking that I’m still out at this hour though I’m happily sitting in my room blogging quietly as soon as my butt got onto the chair.

Anyway, as much as I’m equally worry about the kid, there’s apart of me still wondering how whoever started this sms know that the victim is a UMS student and that the entire sms is another bogus news. But heck, as stated in the sms, pls keep an eye on your surroundings and most importantly be very-very careful & alert at all times.

An event which I thought would end up at 12am eventually concluded at 2.15a.m =_=

*zombie mode* I smell like smoke and beer… *yuck* bad combination.

I couldn’t take a late night shower coz the water heater is in my parents’ room. (The hell i’m gonna take a freezing cold shower at this hour) *bearing with bad smell*

Compared to Shennanigan's Mr. Valentines last February, I gotta say that D'juntions - Fun Pub Bistro Mr Hunk winners for this year are quiet agreeable.

So as clear as it is, Billy and Issac got two titles this year.

I am practically still traumatized with lots… I seriously mean LOTS of drag queens lip singing in between the events and as for the band….. the ‘Charlie’s Angels’ band…. Oh no… I couldn’t even understand what they were singing. Their pronunciation sounded gibberish.

Plus, for this event itself, I’ve seen so many….’things’… I shouldn’t be ogling at... =_= It was just toooo distracting! What the heck am I suppose to do????

Bridal Fair Citymall

Rum was a bit skeptical when I said that I'm covering the Bridal Fair in Citymall yesterday.

Tralalala.... anyway, cut long story short, *hint: you can visit BB's blog for detail update later* as I snapped pictures after pictures after pictures, I noticed that the dress that Steph wore was the best out of the bunch; both the wedding dress and the evening gown. *oh.. did I forget to say she's one of the bride-models?*

Aside from the Fashion show and Hair Demo, they even had few wedding related booths around.

But what caught my eyes was the Fish Spa.

Oh! During the event, I saw my ex-dj boss in the dj box doing his thang. I was itching to say ‘hi’ but somehow my feet won’t let me. Tralalalala~

Anyway, both BB & I can’t be bothered to wait for the lucky draw result. So we only stick around till 4pm-ish and had a drink with Benny & Roy.

Seeing a new stranger in the group, baby cousin Cassel & Kamal started to ask the who-question and look at BB up and down.

LOL! It was funny seeing the kids ogling at BB. They even startled when BB playfully kissed my cheek.

Before heading back, BB & I had a drink at SJ Asian Café in Lintas.

The little café was not bad at all. I like the ‘mee-soup’ & fried ice cream they have there.

The café owner even treated us with their mango pudding to get reviews.

Anyhow, unlike yesterday, today I feel much-much better, awake and fresh! *less panda eyes for a moment*

I even finished watching Hana Kimi and... Ngeeeeee XD I kinda like the ending

I just found out that the cute guy Nakatsu (Ikuta Toma) also play Takemoto in Honey & Clover live action movie.

So? Buahahaha.. new J-Drama to watch while slacking off.

Marissa pointed out that the guy Nobu from Nana live action movie also acted in Honey & Clover, and thank goodness, he looks way better and less gay.

Just to share one incident happened three days after Tokwan was admitted to the hospital...

Do you know that there was one doctor *i repeat.. A DOCTOR* who told my uncle, “haiya.. this one aaa....*looking at tokwan's xray result* no chance.. no chance…” straight to his face?

Were you not educated at all man? Who do you think you are to straight away say those kinda things without giving proper professional explanation?

I mean, Uncle Kelana was only asking how Tokwan was during that time. Dah lah he was so stress with all the commosions going on around him... at least say la.. “Sir, have a sit first” kaaa…. or… “From the look of this xray.. bla bla bla”… anything! Have some empathy man!

Anyhow, while I was out with my siblings & little cousins yesterday, my friend Selina (RTM Sabah.vfm DJ) sms-ed me to invite for her English Urban Top 10 & Cruising before Dawn 11pm-2am program training.

With the sudden invitation, pounding head, bad cough, flu and sleepy eye, I had no choice but to drag myself to the studio coz I have canceled out on her last week due to event coverage assignment.

But hey... eventually.. it was all worth it

After the show, I met up with one of the male part-timer who had been part time DJing for the last 35 years since 1978!!! *Bapa lama!*

Wow! You can seriously do that? Wohoo! Having fix job and fun part time job… with no time limitation, I don’t mind doing it too! It’s very flexible, won’t take up my time... and… working with maximum twice a week, I can get almost one grand a month!

Medical Health Screening

My company is incredibly generous to arrange & fully sponsor all confirmed staffs to undergo medical health screening at SMC. As far as I can count, there’ll be 20 tests in total…. *gulp... and that’s a lot…* I suddenly felt like I’m a robot that has to undergo a maintenance service for any lose screws. Hohohohoho

So mars and I asked Lynette and FloDawn on how it went for them. They warned us that for the ECG test, (electrocardiogram) *huh..what?* we have to take off our shirt including the bra. *Whattttttt????* XD XD XD …. And some more…. For the complimentary PAP Smear test, there’s no female doctor aside from the males! Naniiiiiiiiiiii???????????

According to Lynette, there are 3 male doctors that you can choose. An old hunchback doc, a middle-aged doc or a young doc name Julian. WTF??? I am not getting any doctor with the same name as my BB! *imagining doctor sotong going under and ogling at u-know-what* Yadaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!! XD XD XD

Shit! Shit! Shit! Mars, Rina and I have been scheduled to go in another 12 days. *running left*running right*running left*running right*
